How effective is Stanley Kubrick in transforming his screenplays into films?
Introduction
Stanley Kubrick has created a number of outstanding films which he has directed and written the screenplay for; combing these disciplines which he has for most of his films have made him one of the best film makers of all time. He has been responsible for adapting or writing the original screenplay for these famous films: The Shining, A Clockwork Orange, 2001: A Space Odyssey and Full Metal Jacket. I am going to be looking into Stanley Kubrick’s life and his development in his work as he has progressed with age. By doing this I can find out how he combines his disciplines together, being his directing and screenplay skills. The screenplay to the directions he gives out is a big change and the way he combines them together really show when reading the screenplay and watching his films.
